Business AI Consultant

What will you be doing?

As a Business AI Consultant, you’ll be part of a small, agile team of AI professionals working for Total

Specific Solutions (TSS)—one of Europe’s largest groups of vertical software companies, with over 180

business units in more than 30 countries. That makes your role fundamentally different from that of a

consultant at a consulting firm; you know the business units, you build real relationships, and you see the

impact of your contributions!

You’ll lead inspiring AI workshops and sessions, guide business units through the world of AI, and highlight

the opportunities available. Then you’ll get to work: you’ll translate ideas into pilots, business cases, and

concrete projects, and you’ll collaborate closely with technical teams to realize this.

You’ll work with various business units, both within the Netherlands and internationally. Not one day is the

same. If you’re up for it, you can travel—from Barcelona to Rome to Jakarta. We have offices everywhere

and are expanding. Frequent international travel isn’t a must, but traveling within the Netherlands is at

least part of the job.

yourself even further in this field. You enjoy advising other people. You lead workshops, inspire your

stakeholders, and know how to make AI technology understandable to them.

You think in terms of possibilities, not limitations. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, think in terms of

possibilities, and know how to translate ideas into concrete business initiatives.

You are drawn to making an impact at multiple companies simultaneously in an international environment.

Your experience and skills

We’re looking for a motivated colleague who enjoys working in a small (start-up) team with high ambitions. We look for

someone who has a positive mindset and knows how to get things done! So if you’re driven to do just a little better

✓ you have a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree but even important high motivation to develop your AI skills;

✓ you’re a team player, but you can also work well independently;

✓ You can handle stress. Things can get busy here, but you don’t shy away from it;

✓ Experience in a similar role is a plus;

✓ You have experience giving presentations and know how to convey your message clearly;
